How it works

  1. You dictate or type a sentence: "repaint Mrs Dubois's living room, 30 m², two coats".

  2. Bilto recognises the work, pulls your prices from your catalogue and computes VAT line by line.

  3. You read the quote on screen. Every line can be edited by hand, it is your quote, not a machine's.

These are YOUR prices, not averages

Bilto does not guess what a square metre of paint costs. It reads your catalogue, the one you filled in once. A price you change applies to every quote after it; the old ones stay as they were.

VAT is computed per line, not on the total

A quote can mix rates: 8.1% on labour, 2.6% on certain supplies. Bilto applies the rate to each line and adds up afterwards, which is the only method that comes out right to the centime.

You always read it back before sending

Nothing goes out without you seeing it. The quote appears in full, every line is editable, and you can add one Bilto did not catch. The writing is automatic; the decision stays yours.

It works from the keyboard too

On a noisy site, dictation is useless. You type the same sentence and the result is identical, the feature is not the voice, it is the description becoming a priced quote.

What if Bilto gets a quantity wrong?

You fix it on screen, like in any spreadsheet. The total recalculates itself. Nothing goes out before you have read it back.

Does it understand my trade's vocabulary?

Yes, and it learns yours: the work you save in your catalogue is recognised by name afterwards, including your abbreviations.

Do my job descriptions leave the country?

No. The model that writes your quotes is hosted in Switzerland at Infomaniak, on the same infrastructure as everything else. Neither your client's name nor your prices leave the country.
