Questions about pricing
Can I try it without giving my card?
Yes. You start free, with no card, and only pick a plan the day you need one.
Is the price per user or per company?
Per company on Starter and Pro: one price, whatever the number of documents. On Business the base covers one person and every extra colleague costs CHF 19 a month. You only pay for another seat the day you hire.
What happens if I go past the limits on Starter?
Starter holds 20 clients and 100 quotes a month. Nothing is lost and nothing blocks mid-job: you move to Pro, which goes to 50 clients and 300 quotes, then to Business which has no limit at all.
Is there a discount if I pay yearly?
Yes: two months free. Starter becomes CHF 190 a year, Pro CHF 450, Business CHF 590, plus CHF 19 a month per extra seat.
Can I change plan or stop partway through?
Yes, both ways and whenever you like. There is no minimum term and no particular process to stop.
What happens to my data if I stop?
It stays exportable: quotes, invoices, clients, catalogue. Leaving does not need our permission.
Are updates included?
Yes, including compliance updates, the QR-bill and its standard revisions are part of the price, not an add-on.
