What works without signal, precisely

Browsing your quotes, invoices and client files, and creating drafts. Sending waits for signal: a quote does not leave from a basement, it leaves the moment the phone breathes again. Saying it plainly avoids bad surprises.

Syncing asks nothing of you

No button to press, no mode to switch on: the phone finds the network, the drafts go up, the local copy refreshes. If you never think about it, it is working.

On your phone, where it matters

Offline is a field matter, so it is an app matter: the mobile app carries it. At the office, the web stays the web.

Can I send a quote without signal?

No. You can prepare it fully as a draft, but sending goes out when the signal returns. Promising a send from a basement would be a broken promise: we prefer the honest queue.

Do I need to switch anything on?

Nothing. The local copy builds up as you use the app and syncing resumes on its own. Offline is not a mode, it is the app's normal behaviour.

What is available offline?

Your quotes, invoices and clients as they were at the last sync. Whatever was just created elsewhere arrives with the next contact with the network.
